We offer our suppliers a cooperative approach in case of quality claims and expect in return an efficient processing of complaints.

Our focus is on the following points:

  • Fast response and analysis in error cases (initial response after 24 hours, full 8D report according to Helbako time guideline)
  • Immediate actions by the suppliers
  • Full root cause analysis
  • Independent risk analysis by the suppliers
  • Use of analysis tools (e.g. 5 Why, Ishikawa)
  • Implementation and checking of corrective measures
  • Prevent repetitive errors
