As a result, our own product developments account for an increasing share of our sales. The "Spinnerclub" is an innovation committee whose goal is to expand on this success. Its members are experts from all sectors of the company, with one thing in common: the ability to think outside the box. What niches are opening up in the market? What products will soon be conceivable? This innovation club draws ideas from the creativity of company staff, who provide it with suggestions. These suggestions are systematically documented, refined and in the best case turned into projects.
