That's why we are proud of our excellent HR work. Helbako has now got the quality mark "BestPersZertifikat" for good HR work for the third time in a row. The jury was convinced by the family-like management typical of SMEs and the use of professional methods like staff satisfaction surveys, an extensive rating of executives, standardised staff interviews, consistent target agreements etc. And a production company's declared belief in a domestic location is no longer a matter of course in our sector, either. The same applies to our huge commitment to training. After all, we have trained about a dozen trainees for years.   By the way, the training "electronic technician for equipment and system in production technology" is new. And not only at Helbako but in all of North Rhine - Westphalia. Helbako is the first company to offer it in our state.
